However, we intrinsically understand that purchasing luxury fashion online requires trust and flexibility. If you are not entirely satisfied with your bespoke purchase, our comprehensive Return Policy is designed to ensure a smooth, elegant resolution.

1. Our 14-Day Guarantee

We are pleased to offer a strict but comprehensive 14-day return window. You have exactly 14 calendar days from the date your package is officially marked as “Delivered” by the courier to initiate a return or exchange request for any eligible item. Requests made after this 14-day window will be automatically declined by our system.

This 14-day period is designed to give you ample time to try on your garments in the comfort of your home, assess the fit, and ensure the quality meets your absolute highest expectations before committing to the purchase.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the returned items must remain in flawless, unworn, unwashed, and entirely unmodified condition. All original tags, authenticity cards, hygiene seals, and bespoke packaging boxes must be completely intact and attached exactly as they were upon delivery.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse any return that does not meet these exacting luxury standards. Garments that exhibit signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume or smoke odors, or any physical alterations will be immediately rejected. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the original sender at their own expense, and no refund will be issued.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, simply log in to your Amina account and navigate to the dedicated Returns Portal. Select the order and the specific items you wish to return, and provide a brief reason for the return to help us improve our collections. Once your return request is approved by our team, you will be generated a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For UK domestic orders, we will provide you with a prepaid, fully insured shipping label. You must securely package the garment in its original luxury box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 days of receiving the label.

4. International Returns

Due to the complex nature of international logistics and customs duties, international clients are currently responsible for securing and financing their own return shipping. You must use a trackable, fully insured courier service (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) and declare the package as a “Return of Merchandise” to avoid incurring reverse import duties.

Amina LTD cannot be held legally or financially liable for any international return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The safe return of the garment remains the sole responsibility of the international client until it is physically received and signed for at our UK distribution center.

5. Refunds & Processing Times

Once our quality assurance team receives your returned package, it undergoes a meticulous inspection process under video surveillance to verify its pristine condition. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

The funds will be credited strictly back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your banking institution’s processing speeds, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the credit to formally appear on your bank or credit card statement. Original shipping fees and paid customs duties are strictly non-refundable.

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

If you require a different size or color, we highly recommend opting for an Exchange rather than a standard refund. Exchanges are processed with priority status, ensuring the replacement garment is dispatched immediately upon approval of your return. Alternatively, you may opt to receive your refund as Amina Store Credit, which is issued instantly as a digital gift card and never expires.
